Donna - a true Austinite has been making her way in the Real Estate world and built her business from the ground up. Working hard since 2015, Donna has made a name for herself! With two kids and her husband Jay by her side she still finds time to hustle when it comes to work.
You will most likely find Donna doing something Real Estate related whether it's checking in on her clients and making sure they are taken care of or planning out her schedule for the busy weeks to come. You may also catch her on her motorcycle cruisin' along the hill country! She also loves vacation times with her husband and two children more than anything, but is always excited to get back to work!
Donna has truly made it her mission and #1 priority to put everything into her Real Estate business. She will always put her clients needs first and she will make it her duty to get her clients exactly what they want and need! Jay - a man of many talents, supports the Andruk Realty Team wherever he can. Connecting clients with awesome Contractors, or being the handy man our clients need in urgent situations, Jay is the man for the the job!
Jay grew up in Taunton, Massachusetts with three sisters and a large extended family nearby. He worked full-time through most of college and graduated from Syracuse University. When he’s not trying to balance the world on his shoulders you can find Jay skiing with Donna and their two children, or side by side with Donna on their motorcycles. For a little extra adrenaline they can also be found falling from the sky!
Jay’s passion for helping others, and commitment to doing it right the first time make him an irreplaceable member of the Andruk Realty Team. If you ask Jay what his favorite part of the Real Estate world is he would say that the constant change and obstacles create a environment perfect for growing!

Susan - grew up in a small Midwest town in Illinois called Quincy. With two older sisters and 4 younger brothers, family time was always fun but chaotic! Susan graduated with a B.A. in English from Quincy and Loyola Universities and now calls the Austin area (Pflugerville) her home.
Susan has three sons (Richard, and the twins, Paul and Martin), one grandson named Evan (almost 7), and a small rescue pup named Baxter whom she loves spending time.
For fun, Susan likes to play pickleball (ask her), read, take Baxter to dog parks, and hang out with her sons and grandson. She is also a very talented axe thrower!
Susan joined KWNW in January of 2021 and now looks forward to fun and busy times with Andruk Realty.

Reggie – born in the Philippines, his family found their way to the States and settled down in Mane. His childhood was filled with travel, and he even had the opportunity to attend school in Spain!
When he’s not helping clients buy and sell homes you can find Reggie either snuggling with his wife and new baby or playing disc golf! Naturally future-oriented Reggie has a special love for the wealth-minded families who invest in their children
After having a terrible experience with a real estate agent in Mane Reggie decided it was time to join the industry. After 4 years of hustling in the real estate market of Mane, Reggie joined KWNW in March of 2021.
If you ask Reggie what his favorite part of the Real Estate world is he would say providing this opportunity to serve.
